Hello, everyone!
My name is Taka and I'm Japanese. I was born in Japan and living there at the moment.
One day, I thought one thing when I met an international student in my Uni, 2015.
Of course, this is mostly because of the language, but I was not comfortable in this situation.
So, I decided to learn English which might be the most useful language then I went to AUS in 2016.
It had been tough days until I got used to living there, but finally, I made friends from all over the world and spent a spectacular time with them. I also met my partner there.
Before going back to Japan, I went to New Zealand with my partner. It was just the beginning of 2017. We were going to travel all around the South Island by camper van.
However, unfortunately, we had a terrible accident.
We fall off a cliff in a mountain with a camper van while heading for a national park. I thought we would die. Although the camper van got caught a tree luckily, It was under a road on the mountain. We couldn't get out there by ourselves. There is no internet, no telephone connection as well. We heard the sound of some cars passing through. It was a terrible time.
BUT, very very luckily, some guys found the track toward the outside of the road by chance, and they stopped to find us. They said something, it would be "Is anybody here?" something like that. I replied something back, then they found us and helped us.
After that, lots of people helped us. One lodge gave us free accommodation, one family gave us a tent for free.
The van owner, even though I completely broke down the camper van, he didn't put the blame on me anything, rather he was worried about us.
I've never felt human's heartwarming like this.
Despite this accident, later, I traveled around some places in the world, South America and Korea, etc.
During these trips, I met many kinds of people. I extremely appreciate all they have done for me. At the same time, I thought I hoped to live apart from Japan in the future to meet more people.
That's why I decided to start a "BORDERLESS MAP" here to share with you not only my experience and my thought from the aspect of native Japanese but how this world is wonderful.
I'd like to emigrate to NZ (or could be AUS) in 7years, in around 2027, so I take note here the process of emigration. Contact me if you talk to me, anyone:)
Finally, my sentences are not natural regarding grammar and a phrase. BUT I do just share my experience and want everyone to feel my thought and talk to you.
This is my pleasure. I hope I see you in the future. Thx.
Taka
