When 2021 started I decided that I would go for a walk every day and I aimed an average 5,000 steps in a day. Why did I take up walking? This is because my medical checks have been not good each time. Moreover, I have been worried about being worse since COVID-19 came. We could not go out so much and even I stopped to commute to the office in the morning every day. In order to improve my body health condition or keep it safer, I had to do it. There was no choice.
I am always working sitting on a chair so I did not work out regularly. I disliked even walking at first.
That is why, the first two months, I could not accomplish the aim. The term was so cold, January and February, it would be another reason. However, after March I tried to go for a walk a lot. I thought it was not good.
Then, now November, the average number of steps I walk every day is more than 6,000. It is amazing. I could change my attitude to working out and a walking habit. Now I can not help walking every morning.
I took a medical check when I went to a hospital recently. Unfortunately, my medical condition has not improved yet. The walking could not affect my health well. I was actually disappointed with the result. Although I keep on taking a walk regularly, my health seems still not good.
I think I need to take another method to cure my medical condition but aside from it, I am happy now I walk every day as a regular exercise for my health. This idea has never come up to my mind in my life.
I am thinking about the next year 2022, how many steps I could accomplish in 2022. It might be more than 2021. Anyway, firstly I want to get 6,000 average steps in 2021.
