I traveled to some prefectures in Japan, visited some towns and cities then finally came back to Tokyo. It has been 2 months since I left Tokyo.
Although I traveled some places in the last few years, all of them were with my partner. This time, I traveled alone so that I could go anywhere flexibly.
While staying at the places, I thought about many things. Today, I just focus on diversity.
Diversity is defined like that,
the fact of many different types of things or people being included in something; a range of different things or people:
the fact that there are many different ideas or opinions about something:

The word "Diversity" we use in our daily lives usually contains the international context as far as I know. However, as you know from this quote, it does not altogether mean "international" necessarily, it includes everything.
All places I visited were amazing. They are rural different from Tokyo but it is comfortable to stay. The local people, their appearance and behaviors are unfamiliar with me in some places but they are more polite and heartwarming there.
Firstly, I thought that the rural places and people living there are good whereas the places and the people living in urban places, such as Tokyo, are bad.
What do you think about it? Do you agree with me?
There are many opinions about it but I personally thought I was wrong.
This idea itself is far away from diversity.
Why? This is because, there are a bunch of great places to visit and a bunch of kind people in the urban places. It is possible that there would be a bit more bad ones in urban places than in rural places. However, my previous opinion was just biased.
I should have accepted all things. Even though people treat me very coldly, it is not that they are bad people. Moreover, my treatment of people would be very cold from the other's perspective. I should welcome all things and people unless somebody is hurting me and my important people. This could be truly diversity.
I would like to say there is no way of saying the people in rural places are good and the ones in urban places are bad.
The judgment depends on our thought.
