I have been keeping a good lifestyle recently for 3 years regarding sleep. Even if the time going to bed was so late it would have been around 3,4 am at the latest. Anyway, I have never been up all night since ... 2018?, more than 3 years, maybe.
It has passed more than 3 years and I'm 29 now. Yesterday, I finally ended up being up all night because I met close old friends. It was such a nice time so we chatted through the night.
I came back(It took more than 3 hours to my house.) and took several hours of sleep and I am writing this blog. My brain is not working well. I am really feeling how the bad lifestyle and the short sleeping time affect our efficiency.
Even though chatting with old friends is so fun, we, at least for me, should sleep.
I almost lose "today" but probably tomorrow as well... I am too old to be awake all night. It reminds me of my student life when I was up all night every week. It was crazy... so crazy but it was good memories with old friends.
I am so happy to meet my old friends but it will not be good to stay all night. We should sleep. haha
